For classes XI and XII two rounds of unit tests are conducted in addition to mid year terminal ( half yearly ) examination. annual examinations are conducted at the end of the session the qualifying marks in each subject are 33 % for all classes.
CCE refers to a system of school based evaluation of students that covers all aspects of students development. this scheme is a circular initiative , attempting to shift emphasis from testing to holistic learning . it aim to creating good citizen possessing sound healthy appropriate skills & desirable qualities besides academic excellence .
The number of proposed are out of six, four formative assessment and two summative assessments.
the weightage of the formative and summative assessment is as under :-
In addition to scholastic areas, co- scholastic areas like life skill, attitude and values, participation & achievement in activities involving literary and creative skill, performing arts , health & physical education will also be evaluated according to the grades.
